Use player wishlists

Players rank the items they want, leadership reviews their lists, and the guild uses those choices when awarding loot. Record awards afterward to keep the lists up to date.

This builds on Keep loot history. Wishlists work with different loot systems and do not require prios.

Set up your lists

Tell players how your guild will use their choices: does a high rank help decide who gets an item, or simply tell the council what they want most? Explain any off-spec rules and submission deadline.

In Guild > Settings, leave Disable wishlists unchecked, choose Current Wishlist and Max Wishlist Items, and make sure that list is open for editing. Press Save. Follow How to set up wishlists for your guild for the other setup choices.

Ask players to fill in the chosen list and save it. Share How to make your first wishlist.

Review before the raid

Open Roster > Roster, select the intended wishlist number, and review submissions. Resolve mistakes with players before you start using the lists for loot decisions.

If your guild wants fixed priorities, open Guild > Settings, check Lock wishlists, and Save. Check for numbered-list or member exceptions that still allow edits. See when to lock or reopen lists.

Use the lists during the raid

If you use Gargul, open Guild > Exports. Under Gargul, select the wishlist numbers, press Export, then Click to copy. Import the result into Gargul and check the lists before awarding loot. See export details.

You can also view players' choices on TMB's loot tables. Award items according to your guild's rules and make sure the awards are recorded. A wishlist rank tells you how that player ranked an item; TMB does not choose the winner for you.

Record awards and repeat

Save the raid's loot in TMB. Review the wishlist options before submitting: matching entries can be removed or kept marked Received. Check the resulting lists; matches can affect other numbered lists too. See how awards update wishlists.

Before the next raid, review any agreed changes and export fresh data if you use Gargul. Imports into the addon do not update themselves.
