How to set up wishlists for your guild

Choose your settings, then ask your players to submit their wishlists on their character(s).

1. Open Guild > Settings. Make sure Disable wishlists is unchecked.
2. Set Current Wishlist and Max Wishlist Items. Optionally give the list a name after checking Use custom wishlist names.
3. Make sure Lock wishlists is unchecked.
4. If you don't want your raiders seeing one anothers' wishlists, check Limit wishlist visibility to Raid Leaders.
5. If you want wishlist items to be removed as players receive items, check By default, delete wishlist items when they are distributed.
6. Tell players your rules. Explain which list to use, what items to put at the top of their wishlist, whether including off-spec items is a good idea, and any deadline. Share how to make a wishlist.
7. As they have submit their lists, review the lists. Use the Roster page to compare submissions. Lock the lists when ready if your guild wants fixed priorities.

• Many guilds switch to a different wishlist when the game releases a new raid. This removes stale wishlisted items and lets players start fresh, while still preserving their past wishlist history.
• Set Max Wishlist items to a low number (eg. 5-10) if you want to force your raiders to make very careful decisions with which items are most important to them.
