How to record loot after a raid

If you have Gargul or RCLootCouncil (RCLC) addons installed and handed out loot using them (not the native UI in WoW), you can export the loot they recorded and import it into TMB via the Loot > Assign Loot page.

You can also manually add loot via the Loot > Assign Loot page, but it is much faster to use an addon.

The addon must have recorded the awards during the raid for this to work. Check that the items and recipients are present before exporting. If you don't see anything but had the addon installed, make sure the addon is configured and used correctly (check the addon's docs for correct usage) to capture the loot for future raids.

Load the loot into TMB

You need permission to assign loot for your guild. Whoever registered your guild can set this up in the guild's Settings page.

1. Ensure any characters that you want to record loot history for are already added to your guild (see how to create multiple characters at once).
2. Open your addon's loot history and export the raid's awards as CSV. Copy the exported text, including the header row at the top.
3. Open your guild on TMB and choose Loot > Assign Loot in the top navigation.
4. Open Import Loot From CSV or manually enter all of the items and which characters got them.
5. Paste the CSV text and press Load Data.

Loading fills the form; it does not save the awards yet. You must submit the form via the button at the bottom of the page to save the data you just loaded.

Once submitted, read the result message. TMB opens the audit log for that submission so you can review the recorded changes. Check what was saved before retrying: TMB does not catch every duplicate import.

By default, matching items in wishlists and prios are marked received, but you can set them to be deleted instead via the guild settings instead.
