Keep loot history

Any guild can use TMB to keep a record of who received what. Record awards during your raid, import them afterward, and review the saved history. You do not need wishlists or prios.

Before the raid

Set up your guild on TMB if you have not already. Make sure the characters who will receive loot are added to the guild.

Choose someone to record awards using Gargul or RCLootCouncil (RCLC). Check that the addon is configured and being used correctly to capture loot; having it installed is not enough. Whoever saves the history in TMB needs permission to assign loot.

You can also enter awards by hand in TMB if you do not use an addon. Keep a record of the items, recipients, and dates so you can enter them later.

During the raid

Hand out loot using your guild's usual rules. Check that the addon records each item and its recipient as you go. Fix missing records while the raid is still fresh in everyone's memory.

After the raid

1. Export the recorded awards from your addon as CSV.
2. Open Loot > Assign Loot in TMB. Choose Import Loot From CSV, paste the CSV including its header, and press Load Data. For manual entry, add items and recipients directly to the form instead.
3. Review the items, characters, dates, and off-spec flags. Resolve any missing characters or skipped rows.
4. Press Submit at the bottom to save. Loading the CSV alone does not save anything.

Find your saved history

Open Raids > Old Loot Assignments to find the submission, or open a character's profile to see their received loot. Use this history when reviewing past awards or answering questions about who received an item.

Check the saved results before importing the same awards again: TMB does not catch every duplicate. See Assigned loot history for filters and Received loot for corrections.

Repeat for each raid

Record the next raid's awards, import only the new history, review it, and submit. Add new characters as they join your raids.

Already have older loot history?

You can export history your addon has already recorded and import it the same way. Check the original dates and recipients, and avoid awards already saved in TMB. Large exports need to be split into parts of no more than 150 rows, each with its header; see import limits.
