These terms cover your use of That's My BIS ("TMB"), a tool for managing guild loot in World of Warcraft. TMB is operated by nubbl Inc., a federally incorporated Canadian corporation operating from Ontario, Canada ("we", "us"). By using TMB, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
You must be at least 13 years old and meet any additional age or parental consent requirements where you live. Keep your connected Discord account, email account, and sign-in links secure. Do not access someone else's account without permission.
Do not use TMB for unlawful activity, harassment, spam, impersonation, or sharing content that violates someone else's rights. Do not bypass access controls or request limits, access private data without permission, or disrupt the service. Integrations and automated tools must respect these rules too.
Guild administrators manage their guild's membership, permissions, and records. Your access and the visibility of guild information depend on those settings. Guilds are responsible for their loot decisions and internal disagreements. Using TMB does not guarantee you any loot.
You keep any rights you have in content you submit. You give us permission to store, process, display, and export it as needed to operate TMB, including maintaining shared guild history. Only submit content and information about others that you have the right to share.
Guild members may be able to view, edit, or export records according to their permissions. Public information may be viewed or copied by anyone. Leaving a guild or removing your account's personal information does not necessarily erase shared records, such as loot history. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information.
Discord, Warcraft Logs, payment providers, and other services have their own terms and availability. TMB is an independent project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Blizzard Entertainment. World of Warcraft and other third-party names, artwork, and game content belong to their respective owners.
PayPal donations are voluntary support. Patreon subscriptions may include benefits such as disabling ads, as described on our support page and Patreon. Manage or cancel a Patreon subscription through Patreon. Payment providers' terms apply to payments, and these terms do not remove any refund rights you have under applicable law.
We work to keep TMB useful and available, but cannot promise uninterrupted access, error-free information, or that data will never be lost. Check imported information and keep copies of records that matter to you. Features and integrations may change as we maintain the service.
We may remove content or restrict access when reasonably necessary to address violations of these terms, protect the service or other users, or comply with the law. Contact us if you think we made a mistake. You may stop using TMB at any time.
We may update these terms as the service or legal requirements change. We will update the date above and give reasonable notice on the website before significant changes take effect. If an urgent legal or security issue requires an earlier change, we will give notice as soon as reasonably possible. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may stop using TMB.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Nothing in these terms limits any rights or remedies you have under applicable law that cannot be waived, including mandatory consumer protections where you live.
For questions about these terms, account issues, or content concerns, reach out to us on our Discord.
