How to prepare wishlists for new content

Use a different numbered wishlist for the new raid or phase. Players can prepare their next list while you keep using the current one.

You need permission to change guild settings. Each character has up to ten numbered lists; choose one your guild is not already using for something else.

1. Open Guild > Settings. If you want to name the new list, check Use custom wishlist names and enter a name beside its number, such as ?Phase 2.? Leave Current Wishlist on the list you still use for raids.
2. Open the new list for editing. If Lock wishlists is checked, use unlock specific wishlists to select the new list number. This lets players prepare it while the others stay locked. Press Save at the bottom.
3. Tell players which list number to fill in and when it is due. They can open Wishlist > Your character's name, select that list under Wishlist, add their items, and Save. Share How to make your first wishlist if needed.
4. Review submissions on Roster > Roster, selecting the new wishlist number. This changes your view without changing the guild's default list.
5. When you are ready to use it, return to Guild > Settings and choose it as Current Wishlist. If you want it locked, keep Lock wishlists checked and remove the new list from unlock specific wishlists. Press Save.

Tips:

• Switching the current list does not copy or clear items, or lock the old list. Existing lists remain available. See numbered wishlists.
• Individual member unlocks remain in effect. Review any member exceptions if you want everyone to stop editing.
• If you use Gargul, export again, select the intended wishlist numbers, and import the updated data before the raid.
