How to handle wishlist changes during a phase

If a player needs to change a locked wishlist, agree on the change with them in Discord. Then either edit it for them or temporarily unlock their lists.

Make the change for them

If you have permission to edit character loot:

1. Open Guild > Members, select the character, and choose wishlist & loot beside their name.
2. Select the correct numbered wishlist, make the agreed changes, and press Save.

You can do this while the guild's wishlists remain locked.

Let the player make the change

If you have permission to edit members:

1. Open Guild > Members, choose the member, and open Edit.
2. Check Unlock wishlists and press Save.
3. Ask the player to edit and save their wishlist, then review it.
4. Return to the member's editor, uncheck Unlock wishlists, and Save.

This opens all numbered wishlists on all of that member's characters. Remove the member's unlock when they are finished; re-locking the guild does not remove it. You can review the audit log to see what changes that specific member made to their wishlists.

Tips:

• If the list is already open, the player can edit it themselves under your guild's rules.
• Use the same process for a new raider who needs to fill in a locked list after joining.
• To let everyone revise their lists, see when to lock or reopen wishlists.
• Use the audit log to review recorded changes. It does not preserve every previous wishlist order.
