Summary
Open Raids → Raid Groups, then the group's attendance menu. Choose main, general, or all raiders to compare characters across raid dates. Each cell shows one character's saved attendance for one raid. Expand its loot link to inspect linked items; use the page links to load older raids.
Which membership view should I choose?

Use the links below the heading to switch views. Switching reloads the page and returns to the newest raid columns. Raid Groups above the heading takes you back to the group directory.
These views use current group membership and exclude archived characters. They are not historical roster snapshots. Someone who attended an older raid but has since left the group may no longer have a row. Someone who joined recently can have a row with missing entries for earlier raids.
The number beside Character counts characters in the selected membership view. It does not change with Search and is not a count of unique people. See Raid groups for main and general membership rules.
Which raids appear as columns?
Columns show raids linked to this group, newest first. Cancelled raids, archived raids, and raids marked to ignore attendance are excluded. Future raids can appear too.
The page loads up to 10 raids at a time. The page links above the table load another set of raid columns and preserve the selected membership view. They do not page through characters: all characters in the selected view are loaded together.
There is no separate character-table pagination or date filter. Moving to another raid page reloads the table, so Search, sorting, and expanded loot are not preserved.
Each raid heading shows its date, dungeon abbreviations, and name. Click the raid link to open its raid detail page.
How do I read an attendance cell?

| A remark or note | Additional information saved on that attendance entry, such as Benched or Late. |
| n/a | The character has no attendance entry for this raid. It does not mean a zero-credit entry was saved. |
| A dash on a future raid | An entry exists, but there is no excuse, remark, or visible note to display yet. |
| loot followed by a number | Linked item records available to expand for this character and raid. |
Officer notes require permission and are hidden in Streamer Mode. A missing officer note does not mean none was saved.
The matrix can show raids outside the attendance lookback window. It also excludes archived raids even though archiving alone does not exclude a raid from character attendance statistics. Do not calculate an overall attendance percentage by averaging only the columns on screen. See Raids and attendance for credit, excuses, and calculation rules.
How do I show loot?
There are four controls:
- loot (number) inside a cell expands that character's items for that raid.
- show loot below a character expands their loot across the loaded raid columns.
- show loot in a raid heading expands loot for that raid across the loaded character rows.
- Show all loot above the table expands every loaded loot list. Click it again to collapse them.
The cell, character, and raid controls expand lists but do not individually collapse them. To collapse after using those controls, click Show all loot to expand everything, then click it again to hide everything. No control loads loot from older raid pages.
Click an item to open its guild item page. Entries can include OS labels and public or permitted officer notes. The loot number counts linked records, not unique item names. The matrix's item query is not restricted to received-loot records, so it should not be treated as an independently verified award total.
Loot only appears in a cell when the character also has an attendance entry for that raid. An award linked to the raid without a matching attendee entry can be missing here. Check the character's received history or assignment history when investigating an apparent gap.
How do I search or sort?
Use Search to find character names or text in their loaded cells, such as remarks, notes, and item names. Search can match loot text even while the item list is collapsed. Expand the loot to inspect the match.
Search keeps whole character rows. It does not hide nonmatching raid columns, recalculate credit, or search raids on other pages. Raid names in column headings are not a raid-name filter.
Put a phrase in quotes to keep its words together. Clear Search to restore the other character rows. Search does not reliably correct spelling mistakes.
Click Character to sort the character rows; click again to reverse the order. Raid columns are not sortable, so they cannot rank characters by that raid's credit or loot count. There are no column visibility toggles or CSV buttons.
How do I inspect or correct a record?
Click a character's name to open their menu, including Profile and History. History opens the audit log for that character. Editor links remain subject to your permissions.
To correct credit, excuses, remarks, or attendee notes, open the raid and use edit when permitted. These cells are not editing controls. For loot corrections, see Received loot.
If a character or raid is missing, check the membership view, Search, current raid page, and archive/cancellation/ignore settings. The matrix's scope differs from both the complete raid history and attendance statistics.
