Received loot

Summary

Received loot records items awarded to a character. Open the character?s wishlist & loot editor to edit Loot Received, then press Save. A Received marker on a wishlist or prio is separate from a loot-history record.

Where can I see received loot?

You can review it in several places:

Item details can also show who added the record, when it was added, notes, and its raid or raid group where recorded. Which details are visible depends on your permissions and the page.

How do I add received loot to one character?

Open the character's wishlist & loot editor and find Loot Received (see how to open the editor).

1. Type an item name and choose the item.
2. Check its date, raid, note, and OS flag as needed.
3. Review when adding items, mark prios and wishlist as received.
4. Press Save.

This saves directly to the character. It does not create an assignment batch. For several characters or an addon import, use Loot assignment.

You can edit your own character's received loot when guild rules allow it. Editing someone else's requires permission to edit character loot.

What does “mark prios and wishlist as received” do?

This checkbox starts checked. For newly added received-loot entries, it also marks matching wishlist and prio entries received.

It can mark one matching entry in each numbered wishlist, including linked token or reward matches. It also marks one matching prio for the item, rather than every copy across raid groups.

It does not delete those entries. Uncheck it before saving if you want to add the loot record without those matching updates.

The checkbox applies when adding new received entries. Editing the date or note on an existing award does not run the same matching process again.

How do I correct a received-loot entry?

In Loot Received, find the entry and make the change, then Save.

• Change OS to correct main-spec or off-spec status.
• Open Note to edit its public note. Erase the text to remove it; hiding the note field does not erase it.
• Use the date control to change when the item was received.
• Use the raid selector to change the linked raid.
• Drag entries to change their saved order. Other views may sort them differently.
• Remove an entry to delete that received-loot record.

The character editor does not provide the assignment form's officer-note field.

To fix an award given to the wrong character, remove it from the wrong character and record it for the correct one. Check both characters' wishlists and prios afterward. Removing the old award does not restore deleted list entries or undo received markers.

Why can't I edit received loot?

The guild can lock members' received-loot editing. Someone with loot-editing permission can still make changes, or an authorized member editor can give you a received-loot unlock.

That unlock applies to all characters you own. It is separate from a wishlist unlock. See Wishlist and received-loot locks, exceptions, and visibility.

Why is older loot missing from a page?

Check the received-loot date filter where one is shown. It can hide older awards from that view without deleting them.

Choose a minimum date and press apply, or use the one-, three-, or six-month shortcut. This is your viewing preference, not a change to the guild's loot records.

To remove your date override, clear the date and apply. The page then uses its normal default; that does not necessarily mean all-time history.

Assignment-history date filters are different: they filter the batch date, not each item's received date.
