Open Loot → Assigned Loot History to find loot submitted together in a batch. You can check its assigned items, edit shared details, or open its audit history. Filters find whole batches, not individual assigned items.
What does each result show?
The page heading is Assigned Loot History. Each result shows a batch name, or Batch followed by its number when unnamed, along with its item count and any saved raid, raid group, or description.
The time beside it uses the batch's saved date. Where that time is a link, it opens the submitting member's profile. A linked raid name opens the raid detail page. The group link leads to the raid-group editor, where normal permissions apply.
The item count includes every assigned item still linked to the batch, including repeated copies of an item. Removing an assigned item can reduce the count.

Which filters should I use?

| Item | Batches containing the selected item. Type a name and select a suggestion to apply it. Typing alone does not apply a filter. |
| Item Dungeon | Batches containing an item whose source is in that dungeon. This is not the dungeon attached to the batch's raid. |
| Min Date / Max Date | The batch's saved date, not each assigned item's received date. |
The dropdowns have search boxes for finding an option. Changing a dropdown or date reloads the page and returns to the first page of results.
You can also arrive at this page with one specific batch selected, for example from a raid's Loot Assignments links. The selected batch appears above the filters. There is no batch picker or general text-search box on this page.
What happens when I combine filters?
The batch must satisfy every selected filter, but the matching records can be different assigned items within it.
For example, a batch gave a sword to Sam and a ring to Alex. Filtering for Sam and the ring can still find that batch: it contains an assigned item for Sam and it contains the ring. It does not prove Sam received the ring.
Likewise, Item Dungeon can match a different entry from the selected Item or Character. Open the batch and check the actual item and recipient before drawing a conclusion.
The item count and editor still include the whole batch. Editing its shared details affects all its assigned items, not just those matching your filters.
How do I clear filters?
Choose a dropdown's blank option or clear a date to remove that filter. When Filter: reset appears above the controls, click reset to clear all filters, including a selected item or batch.
The Item input is not filled with the active selection after the page reloads. Check the selected item shown above the controls; an empty input does not mean the item filter is off.
Reset is not shown for every combination, including dates alone. Clear those fields individually, or reopen Assigned Loot History from the navigation to start with the unfiltered list.
Which date does the batch filter use?
The list is ordered by the batch's saved date, newest first. This is initially when the batch was created, but Date Assigned in the batch editor can replace it. Backdating individual assigned items during an import does not necessarily give the batch that same date.
Min Date includes batches saved after midnight at the start of that date. Max Date excludes its selected day: choosing September 20 only finds batches dated before September 20. The boundaries use stored timestamps, which may differ from your local time.
To include a day, choose the following date as the upper boundary where allowed. Both date pickers stop at today. If a batch near a date boundary is missing, widen or clear the range.
These filters are separate from the roster's saved Received Loot Filter.
How do I browse more results?
The page shows up to 20 batches at a time. Use the page links below the results to continue. They preserve your filters, which apply across the matching batch history, not just the current page.
There are no sortable headings, column toggles, or CSV buttons here. For supported data exports, see Exporting TMB data.
How do I inspect or edit a batch?
Click its name, item count, or Edit link to open Edit Assigned Loot. You need loot-assignment editing permission to use this page.
- Check the items and recipients below the form. OS marks off-spec items; item and character links open their pages.
- Change the shared details, such as the batch name, raid, or raid group.
- Leave Date Assigned blank to keep the existing dates. Filling it in replaces the date of every linked assigned item and the batch itself.
- Press Submit to save.
Remove beside an entry removes it immediately. Remove all above or below the list asks for confirmation before removing the remaining assigned items. These actions do not need Submit, and unsaved shared details stay in the form.
The batch and its audit history remain even when no assigned items are left. Removing assigned items does not restore wishlist/prio entries or clear their Received markers. See How to correct a loot mistake for individual dates and wrong recipients.
What does a loot batch's audit history show?
Click Audit log beside a batch to open the guild audit log filtered to that batch. This helps trace recorded assignment events, item removals, and shared-detail changes.
It is not a frozen copy of the original submission. The batch contents show currently linked records, and the audit log does not provide a complete previous-state snapshot of every edit. See Audit log for its coverage and limits.
