Summary

Open Raids → List Raids to find a raid by group, character, member, dungeon, or date. Click its name, then View, to see the saved attendance and loot. List filters find raids; Search on a raid's detail page finds character rows within that raid.

How do I find a raid?

List Raids shows the most recent raid dates first, including future raids when recorded. Use the filters above the list:

The dropdowns have search boxes to help find an option. Each change reloads the results and returns to the first page. Filters combine, so adding one narrows the results further.

Choose a dropdown's blank option or clear a date to remove that filter. There is no general raid-name Search box or sort control on this list.

How do dates and pagination work?

Displayed raid times are local to your browser. The date filters compare against the stored raid timestamp, without converting the entered date into your local day's boundaries.

Min Date means after midnight at the start of that date; Max Date means before midnight at the start of that date. Max Date does not include the rest of the selected day. To include raids on a particular day, use the following date as the upper boundary where the date picker allows it. The pickers do not allow dates later than today. If a raid near midnight is missing, widen or clear the date range.

The list shows up to 20 raids per page. Use the page links below it to continue. They keep your filters, and the filters search the full matching history rather than just the current page.

Where are archived raids?

Click show archived raids near the heading to switch to archived records. Click show unarchived raids to return. These links open the selected archive view without carrying over the other filters, so apply them again if needed.

Archived and unarchived raids are separate views. Cancelled raids can still appear in either one. cancelled, attendance ignored, and archived mean different things; see Raids and attendance.

What do the list's counts mean?

raiders counts saved character-attendance records, including excused characters. It is not a count of people who received attendance credit.

When a Member filter is active, that count is narrowed to the member's character records in the raid. A Character filter does not narrow it in the same way. Do not compare these counts as if every filtered view shows the raid's full attendance.

For past raids, items counts item records linked to that raid. It is not restricted to the filtered member or character, and the count does not check that every record is a received-loot award. Open the raid to inspect what was actually recorded.

Group names, dungeon abbreviations, and date information describe the event. Filtering the list does not change its saved participants or loot.

What can I open from a raid's menu?

Click the raid name to open its menu:

• View opens the raid detail page.
• Assign Loot opens loot assignment with this raid selected, when permitted.
• Edit opens the raid editor, when permitted.
• Copy prepares a new-raid form using this raid, when permitted. It does not immediately create a raid or preserve a historical snapshot.
• History opens the audit log filtered to the raid.

What is above the character table?

The raid detail page shows the event's date, linked groups and dungeons, and applicable status labels. Raid Logs displays saved log information when present. Notes contains raid-wide public notes; Officer Notes requires permission and is hidden in Streamer Mode.

Loot Assignments links to batches associated with the raid. A batch link opens assignment history filtered to that batch. The individual assignments link opens received-type audit events for the raid; it is not a separate list containing only individual awards.

These summaries have limits. An award moved individually from a batch associated with another raid may appear in the character's loot below without adding that batch here. The displayed individual-assignment number can also undercount. No batch assignments or No individual assignments should not be used alone to conclude that no loot was recorded.

What does the character table show?

Each row is a character attached to the raid, including excused characters and characters later archived.

The heading's going count means characters not marked excused. It does not check their attendance credit, and it remains labeled going even for past raids. excused counts characters marked excused. Neither heading count changes when you search the table.

Loot Received is limited by the award's linked raid, not by its received date or the roster's date preference. Click an item to open its guild item page.

The table only has rows for characters attached to the raid. An award linked to this raid for another character can therefore be absent from this table. Use assignment history or that character's received history to investigate missing loot; see Received loot.

How do I search the raid details?

Use Search above the character table to find names, attendance remarks, notes, or loot text. Put a phrase in quotes to keep its words together. Search does not reliably correct spelling mistakes.

A match keeps the whole character row. Searching for an item does not hide the character's other awards or recalculate the heading counts. Search does not cover the raid-wide notes, log information, or Loot Assignments section above the table.

Clear Search to restore all character rows. This table has no pagination, sortable column headings, column toggles, or CSV button. Searching and viewing records does not edit attendance or loot.
