How to track raid attendance
Create a raid for each event, record each character's attendance, and save it. TMB uses those records to calculate attendance.
You need permission to create or edit raids, and the characters must already exist in your TMB guild. For a regular team, set up a raid group and add its characters first.
- Open Raids > List Raids, then choose Create Raid. To update an existing event, choose Edit from its name menu instead.
- Enter the raid's name, date/time, and dungeon. To fill in your team's characters, check auto-add raiders before selecting the group under Raid Group(s). You can also add characters manually.
- Review every character's Attendance Credit. Automatically added characters start at 100%, so check who actually attended.
- For an absence that should count against attendance, keep the character in the list, set credit to 0%, and leave Excused unchecked.
- Check Excused to leave that character out of this raid's attendance average.
- Use partial credit if your guild allows it. Remarks such as Benched or Late explain what happened but do not set credit or excuse someone.
- Leave Ignore attendance unchecked if this raid should count. Press Create, or Update when editing, to save.
- Open Raids > Raid Groups, then your group's attendance menu. Choose all raiders to compare the team's records across raids.
Leaving a character out does not count them absent. Include a zero-credit entry when that absence should affect their percentage.
Tips:
- You can import attendees from Warcraft Logs, then review missing and absent characters before saving.
- For the next raid, use Copy from a previous raid's menu. Check the new date and attendance: copied characters start with full credit.
- Attendance decay rate in Guild > Settings controls how far back the statistics look. Recent raids may take time to affect percentages. See attendance calculations and attendance table controls.
