Run loot council with prios

Prepare an ordered list of characters for each item, use it during the raid, then record awards and review the remaining priorities before the next raid.

This builds on Keep loot history. Wishlists are optional; you can use prios without them.

Prepare your team

Create a raid group and add its main and general raiders. Prios belong to a raid group, and its characters are the ones available in the editor.

In Guild > Settings, make sure Disable prios is unchecked and your editors have permission to edit prios. Choose who should be able to view them, then Save. See prio settings.

Tell your raiders what the order means. Will the first eligible character normally receive the item, or will the council use the list as a starting point? Your guild decides how to handle absences, ties, and exceptions.

Set and review prios

Gather the information your council needs, such as players' roles, current needs, and previous loot. You can prepare prios for selected items; you do not have to rank every drop.

Open Loot, choose the dungeon or raid, then edit prios and your raid group. Add characters beneath each item, arrange their order, and press Submit. Follow How to set your first item prios for the rank controls and notes.

Review the saved order before the raid. Use notes for conditions the council needs to remember.

Use prios during the raid

If you use Gargul, open Guild > Exports and press Export under Gargul. Use Click to copy, import the result into Gargul, and check the expected priorities. If you also use wishlists, check the selected wishlist numbers. See export details and scope, especially if you have several raid groups.

You can also consult prios on TMB's loot tables. The council awards loot under your guild's rules; make sure the actual recipients are recorded.

Record awards and prepare for next time

Save the raid's loot in TMB. Before submitting, review whether matching prios should be removed or kept marked received.

Check the remaining priorities and make any agreed changes. If a character has the same item prio'd in several groups, an award does not update every copy; see how awards affect prios.

Save your edits and export fresh data for Gargul before the next raid. An earlier import does not update automatically.

Optional: use wishlists to help set prios

Wishlists let players tell you which items they want most. The prio editor can show those choices beside each item, helping the council compare player preferences while setting the recipient order.

Wishlists do not create prios automatically. If this would help your guild, follow Use player wishlists; both workflows can be used together.
