How to correct a loot mistake
On this page
Correct saved awards on the character's Loot Received list. You need permission to edit that character's loot. If you cannot edit it, ask an officer with that permission.
- Open Guild > Members, select the character, and choose wishlist & loot beside their name.
- Find the award under Loot Received. Check its item and date so you change the right entry.
- Make the correction:
- Wrong date: use the entry's date control to set the correct date.
- Duplicate award: click × on the extra entry. Keep the real award.
- Wrong recipient: click × to remove the award from this character.
- Press Save at the bottom of the page.
For a wrong recipient, now open the correct character's wishlist & loot editor. Add the item under Loot Received, set its original award date, and check its raid and OS flag. Leave when adding items, mark prios and wishlist as received checked if you want matching entries marked received, then Save.
Check wishlists and prios afterward
Removing an award does not undo its earlier effects on wishlists or prios. Check the affected characters' lists: clear an incorrect Received marker, or add back a deleted entry in its agreed position. If you only removed a duplicate award, the real award may still justify the received marker.
See editing wishlists and editing prios for the controls.
Was the whole submission given the wrong date?
You can change the date for all awards in a saved submission together. Date Assigned in the batch editor overwrites every linked award's date, so use the character editor above when only one award is wrong. See changing a saved batch for the steps.
