What is That's My BIS (TMB)?

TMB helps World of Warcraft guilds keep track of loot and communicate about items. You can:

Record who received each item.
Let players rank the items they want using wishlists.
Plan who should receive an item using prios.
Track raids and attendance.

Use whichever parts help your guild. TMB provides the tools; your guild decides how to assign loot.

Joining an existing guild? Join your guild and create your character.
Setting up TMB for your guild? Register and set up your guild.
Ready to save raid loot? Record loot after a raid.

Can we use TMB just for loot history?

Yes. Any guild can record loot, regardless of its loot system. You do not need wishlists, prios, or a TMB raid record for every raid night.

If Gargul or RCLootCouncil recorded your assigned items, you can import their loot history on Loot > Assign Loot. You can also enter assigned items by hand. Follow How to record loot after a raid.

What are wishlists?

A wishlist is a player's ordered list of items they want for a character. The items they want most go at the top, subject to the guild's rules.

It answers: "Which items does Sam want most?"

Wishlists help players communicate their preferences. Your guild decides how those preferences affect loot decisions and who can see the lists. See How to make your first wishlist.

What are prios?

A prio (short for priority) is a list of characters chosen by leadership for an item, in the order they should receive it.

It answers: "Who should get this item first?"

Prios are especially useful for loot council. They record the guild's plan; they do not hand out loot automatically. See Prios.

Wishlists and prios are optional and independent. You can use either, both, or neither.

How is a guild organized on TMB?

Each TMB guild is linked to a Discord server and a WoW expansion. Players must be on that server to join, and Discord roles can control their access and permissions.

A guild has members, and members have characters. If Sam plays a warrior and a priest, Sam is one member with two characters. A character added without an owner is unclaimed; an officer can link it to the right member.

A raid group is a regular team of characters. A raid is one event on a particular date, with attendance and linked loot. See Raid groups and Raids and attendance if you use these features.

How do I join my guild on TMB?

Sign in with Discord, then choose your guild on the home dashboard or open its shared link. Use the Discord account that belongs to your guild's server. Opening the guild creates your member profile automatically.

How do I create my character?

While viewing your guild, open Profile > Create character, enter your in-game name and details, then press Save.

If an officer already added your character, ask them to link it to your member profile instead of making another copy. You can add your alts too. See the character creation guide.

How do I register a guild?

You must own the Discord server or have Administrator permission on it. Open Register Guild, add the TMB bot using the link there, fill in the form, and press Submit.

Follow How to set up your guild on TMB for settings and inviting players. If you play another supported expansion, you can register a separate TMB guild for it with its own settings and records.

What if I signed in with the wrong Discord account?

Open the logout page and press Sign Out, switch to the correct account in Discord in your browser, then sign in to TMB again.

If you have permanently moved to a different Discord account, join your guild's server with that account and get any required roles. Open the guild on TMB, then ask an officer to link your existing characters to your new member profile. Their lists and loot history stay with the characters. This does not merge member profiles or transfer guild ownership.

How do I sign out?

Open the logout page and press Sign Out. You can also use Sign Out in the site navigation.

The logout page works without the normal navigation or guild pages. If signing out still fails, clear this site's cookies in your browser, then try again.
