Guide: How to join your guild and create your character

Open Guild > Members, click a member's name, then choose Profile. To open your own profile, choose Profile in the top navigation. This page brings together your characters, recipes, notes, and raid history.

What is on a member profile?

At the top are the member's name, Discord username, saved roles, and attendance when enabled. A crown marks the guild owner; ARCHIVED marks an archived member. If you can edit the profile, you can also see any wishlist unlocked or loot unlocked exceptions.

• edit, beside the member's name, opens their member settings when you have permission.
• history opens the audit log for actions performed by that member. Use Raid History below for their raid attendance.

Under Characters, you can open a character's profile and use the available editing links. Create character adds a character to this member. If View Unclaimed Characters appears, it takes you to characters without an owner; ask an officer to link yours rather than making another copy. See How to join your guild and create your character.

Use click to show under Archived characters to expand or collapse that list. This does not restore the characters or remove their records from the rest of the profile.

Recipes lists the member's characters' saved recipes in name order. Each entry links to the character that knows it, so the same recipe can appear more than once. There are no separate search or sorting controls. See Recipes for how to record them.

For Public Note, click the pencil when available, edit the text, and press Save. Officer notes require viewing permission and are hidden in Streamer mode. To change an officer note, use edit beside the member's name; you need permission to edit officer notes.

Your own profile also has /gquit at the bottom. It leaves the TMB guild and archives your records; it does not leave Discord. Read Leaving a TMB guild before using it.

How do I browse profile raid history?

Raid History combines raids from the member's characters, newest first, with five entries per page. Use its page controls to browse and the page-length selector to change how many entries are shown.

Use the table's Search to find loaded entries by raid name or other row text, including attendance remarks and visible notes. Each row identifies the character. Search covers the loaded history across pages, not just the five entries currently visible. It does not search the separate Characters or Recipes lists. Put a phrase in quotes to keep its words together, or clear Search to show all entries again.

The Raid heading is not sortable. Click a raid name to open that raid's details.

Entries can show attendance credit, Excused, a remark, and public or permitted officer notes. cancelled, archived, and attendance ignored describe different raid states. Older entries can be muted because they fall outside the guild's attendance window. Appearing in history does not mean a raid currently counts toward attendance.

The same raid can appear once for each character recorded in it. The member's attendance figures also combine character figures, so the raid count may count one raid night more than once. See Raids and attendance for credit and attendance rules.
