Class Breakdown page

Summary

Open your guild's Roster → Class Breakdown to see characters grouped by class and spec. Search finds matching rows. Raid Group narrows the names shown inside them. This page helps you see your guild's composition; it is not a signup list or a count of who will attend a raid.

What does each row show?

Each row contains a Class, a Spec, and the matching Characters. Classes and specs with no matching characters are left out. ??? means a character has no saved spec.

The grouping uses the character's saved class and spec. A custom spec label does not create its own row. To correct these details, open the character's editor; see Members and characters.

Active characters can appear whether or not they have an owner. Archived characters are excluded. Alts appear alongside mains and have an alt label, so several names may belong to one person.

A colored circle beside a name represents the character's main raid group. Attendance figures can appear when enabled, including a percentage, raid count, and bench count. These are saved attendance figures, not a prediction of availability. See Raids and attendance.

How do I find a class, spec, or character?

Type in Search to filter the class/spec rows. You can search for a class, spec, or character name. A matching character keeps their whole row visible; Search does not hide the other names in that row.

Put a phrase in quotes to keep its words together. Without quotes, words can match different parts of a row. Search does not reliably correct spelling mistakes.

Clear Search to bring back the other rows. All rows are loaded together; there are no next-page controls.

What does Raid Group change?

Choose an enabled group under Raid Group to narrow the character names shown. The filter checks main and general memberships. Choose the blank option to show the names again.

This hides individual names, not class/spec rows. A row can remain with an empty Characters cell after the filter hides all its names.

Search and Raid Group also work differently: Search can still match the text of a name hidden by the group filter. That can leave a matching row on screen even though the person you searched for is not visible.

The group filter can fail for some characters without a main group. If the result looks incomplete or stops changing, check membership on the character's profile rather than treating this view as a definitive group roster.

Do the counts change when I filter?

The page does not show a numerical headcount for each class or spec. Any table result count refers to class/spec rows, not characters or people.

Search changes how many rows match. Raid Group only hides names inside those rows, so it does not update the table's row count. Neither control recalculates the attendance figures beside characters.

For example, a Mage/Frost row containing five characters is one table entry. It remains one entry if the group filter leaves only two names visible.

How do I change the order?

Click Class or Spec to sort the rows by that column. Click again to reverse the order. Characters is not sortable; this page cannot rank rows by character count or sort the names by attendance.

There are no column visibility toggles on this page.

How do I open a character or make changes?

Click a character's name to open its menu:

• Profile opens the character page.
• Edit opens character settings.
• Wishlist & Loot opens the character's loot editor.
• History opens the guild audit log filtered to that character.

The menu also shows the main raid group, or no raid groups when no main group is set. That label does not rule out general memberships.

An editor link does not grant permission to change another character. Access and locks still apply; see Guild settings and permissions.

Filtering and sorting do not change saved character details. This table has no CSV export button. For supported guild exports, see Exporting TMB data.
