Item tiers

Summary

Item tiers are categories your guild assigns to items. Open the item?s guild page and use its edit pencil, then Save. To edit many items, choose edit notes on a dungeon or raid loot page. You need item-editing permission.

How do item tiers and default tiers work?

Choose a tier for an item, then save. Choose the blank option to clear it. Your guild's tier display setting chooses number or letter labels, or hides tiers. Changing the display mode does not create character prios.

The dungeon-wide note editor shows an average tier where guild assignments provide one. That average can include your guild. It is separate from the tier you have chosen for the item.

Load Default Tiers asks for confirmation, then fills the form with rounded average tiers where available. This can replace tier choices already in the form, including unsaved changes.

Review the results and press Submit to save them. Loading defaults alone does not save any tiers, and items without an available average are left unchanged.
