Guild item notes

On this page

Guild item notes let you explain an item to your guild, leave information for officers, or record a suggested class order. They apply across your guild's raid groups.

How do guild item notes differ from prio notes?

A guild item note is about the item. A prio note belongs to one character's entry for that item in one raid group.

Field What it is for
Guild Note or Note Information about the item for guild members to read.
Officer Note Information shown to people with officer-note viewing permission. It is hidden in Streamer mode.
Priority Free-text guidance, such as a class order. It does not create character prios.

How do I add or change item notes?

You need permission to edit items.

  1. In your guild, open Loot and choose the dungeon or raid.
  2. Click an item to open its item page.
  3. Click an edit pencil beside the note or priority text and enter your changes.
  4. Press Save.

To edit several items, choose edit notes on the dungeon or raid loot page instead. Fill in the fields and press Submit at the bottom.

Each text field allows up to 2,000 characters in the editor. To remove a note or priority text, erase it and save.

You can use inline Markdown formatting: for example, **Check with an officer** makes bold text, *Optional upgrade* makes italic text, and [TMB wiki](/wiki) makes a link. These examples apply to guild item notes, not the short notes on individual prio entries.

For item categories, see Item tiers.
